As many long-time followers may remember, I opened up a Kuwabara Fandom survey about this time last year. It only ran for 2.5 months. While I was SUPPOSED to do an analysis of my findings, life got in the way and I didn’t have a chance.
Turns out, I never officially closed the survey with the service I use, and since I have over 1,000 followers, I felt it was the best time to re-open it again to get better, accurate data.

Ah. See, I can understand the appeal. The “they hate/love” each other angle. And of course, Kuwabara’s love for Yukina.
I don’t see them romantically involved at all, though. They seem to have a more of a sibling relationship. They argue, but they respect each other. It’s like my brother and cousin, who always used to pull each other’s hair and cry over the same toy, but in the end, they loved each other.
Though, who doesn’t love a little size difference? 😉
In all seriousness, though, Hiei isn’t a good match for Kuwa, and vice versa. Kuwabara isn’t patient enough to deal with Hiei’s crap. And Hiei is too abrasive. Kuwabara is a classical hero, and he needs a classical Lady. Yukina is that lady.
