New comic. Very experimental. Text comes from a song this time, from Sting’s Desert Rose, which I always felt was perfect for these two.
Might or might not finish it… mostly playing around with how to do comics. I don’t know if I like the whole boxy feel A New Heart had at first. I liked how it broke free of it later on. It also doesn’t help I learned painting not sketch and inking while in school, so the whole manga style is still super hard for me to grasp lol.
This program is so fun!! This is one of the pencil brushes. The pattern on Kurama’s shirt comes straight from the brush, too.

A bit early.
Hiei heard of this human holiday called “Valentine’s Day.” It seemed stupid giving flowers to a demon who can control plants, but somehow, it felt even weirder showing up at his doorstep without anything.
