Do you speak a bit of Japanese? Or Maybe quite a lot? More than this sorry excuse of a student (5 years ongoing…)? Do you looove Yu Yu Hakusho and Doujinshi?

Great! Then you know what you should do? Help me by translating some doujinshi! 🙂 It’s a simple process! Here’s a short list of smaller, easier to read comics  in Japanese. If any catch your eye, give it a try at translating it! Compile that rough translation into a word document. If you’re unsure of phrasing or wording, just paraphrase. Even send me the phrases you’re unsure of in the original Japanese, and I’ll try to figure out the rest or confer with other volunteers.

Once you have a word document, (send that to lola94949494@gmail.com please! If it’s short, you can submit it to this blog directly, too) I’ll fix up the pages and put your work into it. I’ll modify anything that needs cleaning up, and credit you with whatever name you’d like to put on the project.

Don’t just sit back, get involved in this fandom! Help us revive it! 

Doujinshi that are new, or haven’t been translated before, can be a big boost for an old fandom like YYH. 

Here’s some awesome examples of regular fans like you, active on this site right now, helping to translate new and never seen before YYH content! 

So join the fun 🙂 And of course, it should be fun. Please, no one pressure anyone into this if they don’t want to, and if you wish to back out of translating, there will be absolutely no bad feelings on my side! I understand how time consuming and stressful this can be, which is why I am asking for willing volunteers!

And hey, you get to have your name on the cover of a translated doujinshi forever 😉 ten years from now some kiddo will stumble upon the comic you translated and see your name right at the front.
