Hiei was not born on fire. I’ve heard this and um no.

Hiei was in the womb and I don’t think the ice apparitions are cold blooded ..well they are but not physically because if they were it’d be like “oh Yukina is an ice cube we better sit her in the sun for a bit” or “Yukina you’re overheating let’s put you in the freezer.” So nice warm womb, yes?

Now he’s born and ripped from that warmth into a world that is REALLY FREAKING COLD! So baby!Hiei like “ah crap cold no ow gotta warm up” and so he does! By bursting into flames because he’s a FIRE DEMON.

So now all the ice bitches go “ahh evil monster no the imiko boy of fire he’ll kill us all like he’s trying to do now!”
