Hello everyone! I just purchased my tickets so I am officially going to NYCC
So I would love to meet some of you lovely people — especially if you’re in YYH cosplay!
So how about a meet up? There’s a spot I frequent, in the downstairs area near the food court. I’m thinking we should meet up around there, towards the left corner, near the bathrooms (less foot traffic, good place to be if someone needs to stand in line lol)
I’m thinking sometime after lunch time, around 1 maybe. What do you guys think? 🙂 we could take some group photos and chat about YYH like it’s the 90s all over again, haha
That’s honestly such an inspiration. When I was in high school I hurt my right hand and had troubles with it for years. I couldn’t draw for very long, even with a tablet which was easier on my hand. It’s one of the main factors why I didn’t go into art, no matter how much I was being convinced by my teachers.
I did end up taking a minor in studio art just to fill in gaps, taking painting and history classes instead, and have recently gotten back into art a little bit. But honestly, it’s still hard, and I always wonder where I’d be if I haven’t injured myself then and continued to practice daily like I did back then…
You’re an inspiration! Next time if my hand hurts, I’ll force myself to at least try with the left! Who knows, maybe it won’t be too atrocious lol
